What a beautiful weekend to play golf!
The members were ready to battle it out for the first individual stroke play tournament in June. 3 flights. Blue tees looming. Flights were determined by handicap factors, and players were given the choice to play from default tees (Blue-Members-White), or drop down a tee box to make life just a little bit easier. Some did, some didn’t. Results from the tournament are posted on the Results page.
NOTABLES: Peter Young almost got his first hole-in-one on hole #13, leaving the ball only 10 inches from the cup (past the hole). Of course, he sunk the putt to share in the deuce pot (4 players) and claim the closest KP of the weekend! Who said higher handicappers never win the cash pots?!
Skins pots went to Elgan Ross (only gross par on hole #10) and Al Lemont (net eagle on hole #2). Both players were the winners of the draw (8 gross skins and 3 net skins). Congrats, guys!
Names to appear on the Wayne Smiley Trophy for 2019:

Way to go, boys! Who is going to defend in 2020?
